About the Program
She Leads Academy is a 9-month journey designed to equip women for effective ministry leadership. From October 28, 2025, to June 29, 2026, this program combines live monthly lectures, weekly learning activities, and an engaging online community. Participants will gain practical skills in leadership, organization, event planning, resource development, and sermon preparation, while also connecting with fellow women leaders.
What You'll Learn
Program Orientation
An introduction to the She Leads Academy, its goals, structure, and expectations. Participants will meet their peers, explore the online community, and learn how to navigate the tools and resources available throughout the program.
Setting Ministry Vision & Goals
Discover how to cast a clear vision for ministry, establish God-centered goals, and align your mission with the needs of those you serve. This session provides practical strategies for creating direction and focus on your leadership.
The Healthy Leader & Spiritual Disciplines
Examine how spiritual disciplines such as prayer, fasting, and devotion form the foundation of strong, sustainable leadership. Leaders will explore practices that nurture both their personal walk with God and their effectiveness in ministry.
Leading with Style, Holiness, & Elegance
Learn how grace, professionalism, and excellence shape the way leaders influence others. This session emphasizes character, presence, and the importance of modeling Christ-like leadership in every setting.
The Organized Leader: Systems, Planning, & Time Management
Effective leaders thrive on order. This session equips women to implement systems and tools for planning, organization, and time management, enabling them to lead ministries with greater clarity and efficiency.
Developing & Managing Effective Teams
Explore the art of building and nurturing ministry teams. Participants will learn about communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution while developing the skills needed to strengthen those they lead.
She Facilitates: Public Speaking 101
Gain tools for preparing and delivering impactful presentations. Participants will explore meeting preparation, tools, and communication styles while practicing ways to share information for your organization.
Special Events Planning 101
From small gatherings to large-scale church events, learn the essentials of planning, coordinating, and executing events with excellence. Topics include budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and aligning events with ministry vision.
Raising Money & Marketing for Ministry
Discover biblically grounded and practical strategies for fundraising and ministry promotion. This session covers branding, donor engagement, grant opportunities, and creative ways to market ministry initiatives with integrity.
