Vendor Terms and Conditions

The Sisters Ministry

These Vendor Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation of all vendors ("Vendor," "You," or "Your") at events hosted by The Sisters Ministry ("We," "Us," or "Our"). By purchasing a vendor table or participating in any of our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Vendor Registration and Fees

  • All vendors must complete the official registration process and pay all applicable fees in full by the stated deadline.

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified in writing by The Sisters Ministry.

  • We reserve the right to deny or revoke vendor participation at our discretion, with or without cause. In such cases, fees may be refunded at our sole discretion.

2. Products and Services

  • All products and services sold or promoted at events must comply with all local, state, and federal laws.

  • Vendors may not sell or distribute any items that are illegal, offensive, or inconsistent with the values and mission of The Sisters Ministry.

  • We reserve the right to request the removal of any items deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe.

3. Table Setup and Breakdown

  • Vendor setup times will be communicated prior to each event. Vendors must be fully set up and ready to operate by the event start time.

  • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own display materials, tablecloths, signage, and extension cords if needed.

  • Breakdown may not begin before the event ends unless authorized by The Sisters Ministry staff.

4. Space Assignment

  • Vendor space assignments are made at our discretion and may be changed as needed.

  • Vendors may not sublet, share, or assign their space to another party without written approval.

5. Conduct and Responsibility

  • Vendors must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.

  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe space during the event.

  • Any damage caused by the Vendor to venue property or other vendor spaces will be the sole responsibility of the Vendor.

6. Liability and Indemnification

  • The Sisters Ministry, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to Vendor property or persons.

  • Vendors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Sisters Ministry from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to Vendor's participation.

7. Licensing and Insurance

  • Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, or insurance coverage required for their business operations.

  • Proof of insurance may be requested prior to the event.

8. Event Cancellation or Modification

  • The Sisters Ministry reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify event details, including vendor arrangements, due to unforeseen circumstances or at its discretion.

  • In the event of cancellation by The Sisters Ministry, vendors may be eligible for a refund or credit towards a future event.

9. Photography and Media Release

  • By participating, vendors grant The Sisters Ministry the right to use photographs, videos, and other media taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By registering and paying for a vendor table, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
